  I can't say enough good about Chad and the work that he did both helping us sell our old home and buy our new home. We have a busy family of 6 kids, and our old home needed a significant amount of TLC. On a modest budget, Chad worked as our contractor to wring the most value out of our money to get our home absolutely beautiful. Due to his many years in construction and real estate, he knew the best people to call in to take care of the repairs and upgrades that needed to be done. When the bids to remove the carpet came in too high, he hired a bunch of high school kids and did it himself! Then 2 weeks before the house was to go on the market, my wife was hospitalized for 7 days. Chad took over everything and had the house looking spectacular and the details taken care of while allowing me to attend to her full time. When the chips are down - and they were down for me then - you find out who you can trust. I highly recommend Chad as an extraordinary "Full Service" real estate agent.
