  Ordered and paid for refurb fridge/delivery/removal of old one. Greg showed up to deliver it and was very rude - refused to take old one due to not being willing to disconnect water line -which they never asked about or told me to have a plumber disconnect -and even though they had done a service call at the home prior. We had used their services before and thought they were great, but the last two times he was out, it seems like he couldn't care less. After being a jerk, he watned me to come down to the store to credit my card back for the refund so it would save him money. Aggravation and complete waste of time!
