  I recently just moved to the Longmont area & spoke with about 5 different real estate agents that supposedly were local experts. So I decided to do some internet research on the area & the current market. I stumbled upon Ms. Lawrence's website which made my search even easier! I gave Edite a call & she immediately had the answers other agents had to get back to me on. As this is my 3rd home purchase I have never had such a positive experience with a real estate agent. She did a great job explaining the area & the market but I am forever grateful to her for finding the perfect house & truly understanding my needs. With all that said, she negotiated for me & I almost feel like I stole my wonderful home!! Highly recommend her to anyone!
