  I walked in at 2pm to get my hair cut and instantly saw how busy they were which got me pretty excited because no one likes to show up a place with no business as typically there is something going on that you don't know about.
  
  The young lady at the front desk told me they were super busy but she could get me taking care of today as her next open time was 3:15pm. She then asked for my name and phone number and wrote it down on the appointment book so I told her I was just going to walk across the street to get some lunch to pass the time by but if they needed me, feel free to call or text and I could-be right over. She said sounds good and we'll see you around 3:15pm.
  
  I walk back over at 3 o'clock and sat down in the waiting area where I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes and watched numerous people who walked in the door after me were getting set up for haircuts before me so I walked up to the front counter and noticed that my name had been passed over. A different young lady than the one who scheduled my time at the front tried to explain to me why I had been passed up. At this time I was over it as I had wasted almost two hours so I told them no thank you and walled out the door.
  
  The complaint I have is not getting passed up because that happens as I am a manager at a retail shop and deal with customers daily so I know that sometimes stuff does not go the way you plan it. My main gripe is, what's the point of writing down a phone number if you don't contact the people in advance to let them know you've opened up a time or you are passing them over. By asking for a customer's phone number you are letting the customer know that they will be contacted.
  
  The worst part is everyone walking out had really good looking haircuts so the Barber's really are skilled at what they do but wasting almost 2 hours of my day to not get a haircut really doesn't make me want to ever go back.
