  When I was looking for place to live, nowhere had glowing reviews online. I took a chance on this place anyway. I've lived here with my partner since August 2017 and it is working out just fine for us. Maintenance is responsive and helpful if there IS an issue. My complaints about this place are few and far between. I'll update how the move out process goes, but for now I see no reason not to extend my lease for another year.

  I love my apartment. Its a newer build and was very clean and nice.
  Office lady Kelsey is professional friendly and very helpful thru move in process. Neighbors are nice. Great amenities.
