  As I am searching for an apartment, I came across this phone number when searching for Apartment Rental Agencies. I left a brief message, including contact number to get back to me. Instead of receiving a phone call to inform me, that they do not do apartment rental placement, I receive a text (very unprofessional) which reads: "We do not deal with apartment placement", without any use of punctuation. As a highly rated real estate agency (now that I am aware), you would imagine more professionalism and at the very least, a call back leaving a message, to hear how the person, is trying to express the information. I now know that I will never do business with this company in the future, when I decide to buy a house.
  
  When explaining that you do not do that sort of business, it is key to be polite and give more detailed information, and if the person you are replying to has left a message requesting a call back, it is recommended to actually call.
  
  2 stars - at least they informed me that they do not deal with apartment placement. Would have been nice to know, that they do House Rentals.
