  I've been coming to this facility for MRIs for 8+ years and never had a bad experience. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional – one of the first non-hospital facilities I have used and that has been recommended by several of my doctors. Since I have a high deductible health plan I’m very concerned about controlling costs; these folks are very reasonable!
  
  I will be going in again very shortly so I will be sure to update my review - I'm concerned that there have been several negative reviews lately.
  
  Update: August 4
  I had another followup MRI and had another great experience, the technologist - Victor - was really upbeat, supportive, and took pains to make sure I was comfortable. He was also very skilled with with administering the contrast agent, and my arms are very challenging to find usable injection sites.
  
  I am mildly claustrophobic - and I really appreciated that they still have the attachable mirror available. Be sure you ask for it if you if they forget to offer. The new MRI is much less claustrophobic than older models, but I still love the mirror that allows me to see out past my feet.
  
  I guess if it were my only experience with Twin Peaks, or if I felt the emotional crush of being newly diagnosed, I might feel a bit put off by my front desk experience which was somewhat impersonal; first impressions do frame the whole experience.
  
  In their defense, there was only one person available behind the desk when I came in and she was being hammered with phone calls and having to put multiple new callers on hold. Once another staff member noticed she was on her own she jumped right in to help out and things went much more smoothly.
